Forward Intelligence

Specialized models.
Factory scale.

Grid is how products call it. The S Series is what we trained first.

New: Grid. The factory interface for inference and fine-tuning, on an OpenAI-compatible platform.

Forward Intelligence operates a high-performance AI factory. Grid is how products call it: named models, visible routing, thousands of concurrent requests. The S Series is what we trained first. Other products, ours or a partner's, run on the same line. Built in Latin America.

Most model APIs ask you to trust a black box. You send a prompt. You get a token stream. You do not know which model ran, how it was chosen, or why the answer looks the way it does. Grid is the opposite. You name the model. Routing is visible. Isolation is scoped in writing. You pay for what ran, not for a branded wrapper. Nothing changes without your consent. That is the contract we sell to operators who cannot afford a silent failure at scale.

The S Series is the first production run. LIVIA is thirteen models trained on legal sources, named LIVIA Sx. They run on Grid today, inside Forlex, our legal product. After the OAB Nacional rollout, adoption grew roughly eighteen times, from about one thousand to eighteen thousand users. Since launch, more than 150,000 lawyers in Brazil have used Forlex. That is factory traffic, not a lab demo. The same line is what we now open to other builders.

The differentiator is not only legal training. It is verifiability. OpenDetector screens every input for prompt injection before it reaches the model. OpenJuris checks every output for hallucinations and unsupported citations before it reaches the lawyer. OpenContracts verifies that generated text stays faithful to the source document. Three layers, each auditable. They are how Forlex uses Grid. They are not Grid itself. Grid is the compute, the routing, and the cost model underneath.

Forlex is one vertical, not the company. We built the legal product because that is the market we know, and because it forced the factory to be honest. The next products, ours or a partner's, reuse the same line: high throughput, low latency, predictable cost, and an audit trail a stakeholder can read.

The company was founded in 2023 in Goiânia, Brazil. Specialized models should run at factory scale, with named routing. The S Series shipped first, for law. Grid is the line those models, and others, run on. Forward Intelligence is the company behind both. The team is small, senior, and cost-effective. We run close to the metal because that is how you keep latency down and unit economics sane.

We are pursuing ISO/IEC 42001 (AI management systems) and ISO/IEC 27001 (information security). We have not claimed the certificates. When they land, they land in writing. We do not sell an open model marketplace. Every model in the catalog earns its place. We do not publish prices we cannot stand behind. We quote by volume when a number is not settled yet. We do not invent a hallucination rate we cannot source.

In May 2026 we signed a three-year AWS commitment of US$32 million, with hundreds of NVIDIA B200 GPUs online and more than 1,500 GPUs planned by year-end. Partners include NVIDIA, AWS, Cloudflare, Linode Rise, and AB2L. We were selected for the AWS Generative AI Accelerator 2025: one of three Brazilian companies in a global cohort of forty. That is the plant we operate today. Grid is the production line.

We are also developing three AI infrastructure and data center sites: two in Brazil and one in the United States. The first Brazilian site is expected within 12 months. The second is expected within 18 months. The US project is in its final development stage. We are finalizing an agreement with a data center operator for dedicated data halls. That agreement is not signed. In Brazil we are working to secure up to 100 MW of power capacity for AI infrastructure. That figure is a target under discussion. It is not contracted capacity and it is not online. The sites section below labels each status so a pipeline is not read as a live factory.

Grid inference is live, invite-only, on the AWS plant. Fine-tuning is next. If you are building a product that has to survive thousands of concurrent requests, and you need the bill and the routing to make sense to an executive, start there. If you want us to design and run a custom project on the factory with you, talk to us. That is a workload on Grid, not a training job and not a site. If you are planning capacity in Brazil or dedicated halls in the United States, talk to us about the sites.

Bring a workload. We will design how it runs on Grid and operate it with you. Quoted. Not a packaged SKU, not a training job, and not a site in the pipeline.

How it works

Three sites in development

Grid runs today on the factory we operate on AWS. Alongside that plant, Forward Intelligence is developing three AI infrastructure and data center sites: two in Brazil and one in the United States. They are in the pipeline. They are not commercially live. Status is labeled on each card so a timeline is not read as a contract.

Agreement in finalization

Forward Intelligence is finalizing an agreement with a data center operator for dedicated data halls. The agreement is not signed.

Under discussion

Up to 100 MW

Power capacity in Brazil, under discussion. Forward Intelligence is working to secure up to 100 MW to support the deployment and operation of AI infrastructure and computing equipment.

This is a target, not contracted capacity and not online. We will publish signed megawatts when a power agreement exists. It is not a factory that is already running.
