The proposal confirms configuration, quantity, region, delivery, minimum term, costs, inclusions and operating responsibilities.
Grid operates today. Capacity in sites under development follows its own delivery and acceptance schedule.

Identify GPUs or serving models, memory, interconnect, CPU and supporting resources. State the quantity and unit. We confirm the deliverable configuration in the proposal.
Region and delivery
Tell us where the workload needs to run and when it should start. Region, residency and delivery dates are confirmed per engagement.
Term and minimum
State the duration you need. Minimum capacity, minimum billed period, start of billing, renewal and cancellation belong in the written quote.
Cost and inclusions
The proposal identifies the capacity charge and any setup, storage, network, egress, licences and support charges. It states what is included and how excess usage is billed.
Operation and acceptance
Agree model versions, concurrency, service levels, maintenance, support responsibilities and an acceptance test for the intended workload.
Private requirements
If the workload needs a specific isolation or data boundary, we scope Private alongside the capacity. Controls and residency are defined in writing.
