Evidence and procurement
Prepare an enterprise evidence request and review the documents for the deployment you are buying.
Security, procurement and engineering review the service together. Start with the deployment brief, select the document topics your team needs, and record the decision date and reviewers. The brief carries your selections into the inquiry for review before sending.
Match the evidence to the service#
Identify the buying path, workflow, enabled models, deployment mode and required region. Agree who reviews the result and who accepts the service. A document for one entity, backend or location may have a different scope from the engagement you are evaluating.
Use the purchasing checklist to confirm commercial terms. The review confirms applicable document versions, recipients and any sharing requirements. Some evidence may require a confidentiality agreement or a review with the team.
Documents to discuss#
- Service agreement and order form: deliverables, fees, inclusions, commitment, support and acceptance.
- Data processing and subprocessors: processing purpose, data categories, locations, third parties and responsibilities for the selected service.
- Architecture and responsibilities: data and identity flows, access owners, key control and which team operates each part of the deployment.
- Security and assurance evidence: applicable controls, review records and the scope, date and status of any required certification or independent report.
- Support and incident process: contacts, escalation, continuity and agreed operating responsibilities.
- Applicable privacy notices: information handling for the website and the service, each within its own scope.
- Customer evidence and evaluation plan: references relevant to the workload and the baseline, evaluation set and acceptance criteria for your engagement.
These are request topics. The team confirms the approved versions that apply to the engagement and the process for reviewing them. Forward Intelligence is pursuing ISO/IEC 27001 and 42001; this site does not claim certification.
Assess a customer reference#
The Forlex reference provides a dated adoption source and published infrastructure results. Keep the workload, source and measurement scope with the claim. Use customer-specific evidence and agreed acceptance criteria when evaluating another process or industry.
Prepare an evaluation plan with the baseline, sample, quality threshold, response time and total cost. Record unresolved questions and the reviewer responsible for the next decision.
Record the review outcome#
For each applicable document, record its title, version, entity, service and regional scope, permitted recipients and review date. Track open questions, owners and the next decision. Confirm the service terms, operational responsibilities and acceptance in writing before moving into production.
Use Save editable brief in the deployment brief to keep answers and document topics for a later visit. Open saved brief shows a review before replacing the current answers and selections. The existing readable download remains available for your team. Files are read on the page; choose Keep current answers to cancel reopening.
The planning brief remains available during navigation within the current visit. Document selections describe what you need to review. They do not reserve capacity, enable model access or confirm that a particular document has been shared.
