Custom projects
Scope a production problem, volume, integrations and a success criterion with Forward Intelligence.
A project is a production workload Forward Intelligence designs and operates with your team on Grid. It combines models, routing, training and the run mode appropriate to the work. Isolation and residency requirements are scoped in writing.
What to bring#
The Projects contact form collects:
- Problem: the process, current pain and intended users.
- Volume: requests, documents, users or tasks per period, plus peaks or unknowns.
- Integrations: the systems, data sources and tools involved, or none.
- Success criterion: the measurable outcome and threshold for acceptance.
Prepare with your team#
Use the project brief to draft these four requirements before a conversation. Fill what you know and download it for internal review. Unanswered items are marked “To confirm” in the download. The workflow examples offer a brief with context for documents, knowledge, service or engineering.
Choose Save editable brief to keep the answers in a file you can reopen in a later visit. Open saved brief shows a review before replacing your current answers. Reopen project files in the same workflow and industry context; the review links to the matching planner when needed. Keep current answers cancels the file review. Readable downloads remain available for your team. Files are read on the page; written answers become an inquiry only when you review and send the contact form.
Choose Prepare evaluation from this brief to carry these answers into the evaluation planner. On a workflow page, Prepare this evaluation uses the same drafted answers. The handoff keeps your workflow and industry choices; written requirements travel within the current browser visit and do not enter the URL. Review the carried entries, then define the baseline, test sample and decision owner. Save the editable evaluation in the planner before leaving or refreshing the page to retain your work. Partial answers remain partial, and the handoff does not add measured results.
Continue to the project request to carry your answers into the guided form. Drafting or downloading a brief does not send a request. The form requires contact details and all four requirements before you select Send request. Estimates and open questions are welcome; keep documents, datasets and credentials in an agreed evaluation environment.
What the proposal records#
Agree deliverables, baseline, timeline, owners, data access and acceptance before implementation. The proposal separates implementation fees from recurring operation and model or capacity consumption. It states included volume, support and any additional charges.
An accepted project can expand after quality, usage and cost are measured. Training can be one component of the workload. Dedicated capacity can be another, with its own configuration, inventory schedule and terms. A project is scoped against the runtime and delivery that the engagement can actually provide.
Availability and pricing#
Request a scope from Projects. Pricing explains the cost structure. Each engagement receives a written quote and an agreed success criterion.
