- An answer with references that support its claims, or a clear request for more context or human help.

- Source owners maintain the information. The service team defines useful answers, and IT defines the access boundary.

Agree the sample, baseline, reviewers and acceptance thresholds before the pilot. These are proposed evaluation dimensions; they are not published performance results.
Scope the connections and controls.
Knowledge bases, document stores and identity systems.
Confirm source connectors, identity mapping, refresh cadence, deletion behavior and the review path. Each integration is agreed in the project scope.
