Bring the workflow. Define the acceptance gate.
Forward Intelligence scopes, implements on Agentic OS (Forward HIVE), and either operates a Managed Agent Pod or hands off the verified workflow to your team. Start with the business problem and a measurable outcome.
Agree the outcome
A scope you can accept and operate
Agree the result, responsibilities and acceptance criterion before implementation.
The proposal separates implementation, recurring Managed Agent Pod operation, included `hive_acu` volume, and any Grid model or Dedicated capacity consumption.

Each implementation wires Agentic OS (Forward HIVE) threads, tenant-isolated MCP tools, deterministic verifiers, Agent RL or SFT adaptation, and Grid routing as scoped for the engagement. Dedicated or Private requirements are agreed in writing.
01
Scope
Qualify the problem, baseline, volume and integrations with your team.
02
Propose
Agree the deliverables, price, timeline, responsibilities and acceptance criterion.
03
Build and validate
Integrate the workflow and test it against the agreed result.
04
Operate
Run the accepted scope and review quality, usage and cost with you.
The problem and the baseline
Start with the production process, the people using it and what happens today. Agree the outcome and how to compare it with the current workflow.
Volume and integrations
Describe tasks, documents or requests per period, peak demand, data sources and systems to connect. Name the constraints on data access, isolation and residency.
A written scope and cost
The proposal defines deliverables, included volume, responsibilities, implementation fees, recurring operation and any model or capacity consumption.
Acceptance and operation
Agree the success criterion before implementation. Validate the result with the customer, then define support, monitoring and any expansion of scope.
